Suggested use
Gently swirl (do not shake) the bottle to mix.
Using the provided pipette take 4 drops (2 drops for under 18s) per day.
4 drops = 20µg or 800IU* of vitamin D3 and 75µg of vitamin K21 x 30ml bottle = approximately 600 drops
For best results take in the morning with food to aid the absorption of the vitamins.
* Recommended amount for adults.
